Why did the customer contact us?

He has a leak in the gutter. It is on the back right corner of the house. We installed a small section of new gutter and tied it into an old gutter. Thats where it is leaking. There is an outside corner and an inside corner of the gutter there. Both corners are leaking, says the grass is getting washed out right there. Lets reseal the gutter and corners, He just got a new roof.
